Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We offer international shipping to most countries in the world. If your country is not listed at the registration, please contact us to verify your address. International orders are usually shipped with UPS but in some cases we might use USPS (United States Postal Service).
Open supplements are non-returnable. To return an item please call Customer Service (1-800-786-0708) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number goes in your package along with a copy of your receipt. Unless an item is defective, it must be returned unused, with labels and in new condition within 7 days of receipt. You are responsible for the freight coming back to us unless it was an error on our part. We recommend that you send back returns either with UPS or thru USPS with a tracking number as Equi Herbs will not be responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered return packages.
